International fashions and designs will have a new home at the recently announced Nieman Marcus store to be located at the Bravern now under construction and is conveniently located near European Tower in downtown Bellevue...989 Elements Apartments opened to its residents about one month ago. Upscale retail and restaurants of international cuisine are expected to fill in the bottom floor of the building which is one block away from European Tower. Downtown’s authentic French home décor store, Maison de France on NE 10th Street, expands its repertoire to include the fine cuisine of France at eatery Chez Bellevue. French cooking classes are offered monthly there with Chef Bertland de Boutray.

Project Director Update
With the understanding of the Bellevue environment and a flair for the modern Eurourban style, CollinsWoerman has been named project architect for European Tower. A familiar firm on the Bellevue residential scene, CollinsWoerman’s recent Bellevue designs include Washington Square Living, 989 Elements, and 1020 Tower. In naming CollinsWoerman, European Tower’s COO Eugene Gershman said the firm has a unique perspective on the downtown Bellevue landscape. “The announcement of our architect and general contractor is very exciting for the European Tower development team,” Gershman said. “We’re thrilled to be advancing the project”…Mark Woerman and his team are now in charge of final design elements and project execution…In other project advancements, Lydig Construction joined the European Tower team as general contractor. The company’s work on Hotel 1000 makes them an ideal partner in the construction of European Tower’s Eurourban design…more to come next month.
